Ordering and Delivery Terms

 

1) Orders placed by 9pm will be delivered in 2 days unless the order contains the following items:

– Mantis prawns, lala and white clams – deliveries on Wednesdays and Saturdays unless informed otherwise

– Jade Perch – subject to availability. If item cannot be delivered the next day, the customer will be informed within 1 working day of the earliest proposed delivery date

– Salmon – subject to availability. If item cannot be delivered the next day, the customer will be informed within 1 working day of the earliest proposed delivery date

2) The delivery period is 1pm-7pm daily

3) The driver will confirm with the customer if all items are correct and satisfactory. Due to the nature of the product, items cannot be returned once they have been accepted by the customer as satisfactory

4) The final price of the fish is calculated using the net weight. Any difference above or below the charged price will be refunded or collected respectively. Any refunds of this nature will be processed within 3 working days and any collection will be done by bank transfer.

5) Delivery Fees

Klang Valley:
Delivery fee is RM15 for orders below RM150, while orders above RM150 enjoy free delivery.

Outside of Klang Valley:
Region: Teluk Panglima Garang, Dengkil, Bandar Seri Putra, Bandar Saujana Putra, Jenjarom, Banting, Semenyih, Tanjung Sepat, Rawang, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and Bandar Baru Bangi
Delivery fee is RM20 for order below RM200, while orders above RM200 enjoy free delivery.

Outside of the above zones:
Delivery fee is RM35 for order below RM300, while orders above RM300 enjoy free delivery.
